Historic Adaptive Reuse Building 

My client has recently inherited a beautiful historic brick building that had become derelict. The client wished to transform and adaptively reuse the old structure, better serving the surrounding community and providing a landmark of how historic buildings do not need to be torn down, but instead preserved, re-purposed and restored. I redesigned the building into an industrial coffee shop. I created a vibrant feel to my design focusing on creating a place to sit back and relax.
